Nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate was prepared by direct esterification and hydrolysis using nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether as the starting reaction reagent and phosphorus pentoxide as the phosphating agent. Firstly, add a certain amount of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether to the reactor, and then slowly add the antioxidant hydroquinone with stirring. The temperature is controlled at 40 ℃. At this temperature, P2O5 is added in batches within 1-1.5 hours, and then the temperature is raised to (70 ± 5) ℃. The esterification reaction is held for 5 hours before stopping. Afterwards, 4% water was added to the product and subjected to a hydrolysis reaction at 80-90 ℃ for 1.5-2h to convert the polyphosphate ester in the product into a monoester.
